Swing hauls only “no touch” driver friendly freight and no Haz-Mat. We do not pick-up or deliver in the northeast. Most terminals are dedicated operations offering drivers the opportunity to be home daily. Drivers are assigned late-model, professionally maintained tractors. “Driver Friendly” is a key phrase at Swing Transport. Before starting new endeavors we ask ourselves “Is it driver friendly?” If not, we move on.
All qualified applicants will among other things have a minimum of two years verifiable experience driving tractor-trailers and a safe driving record. No conviction or forfeiture of bond for the following offenses:
- DWI or DUI within the past 10 years or at any time while driving a commercial vehicle.
- Driving while under the influence of drugs
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Use of motor vehicle to commit a felony.
- Drivers must meet all DOT requirements.
- No history of license suspension because of a moving violation within the past five years.
