Salisbury is the location of our home office. We’ve been here since 1975. Our founder, Jim Swing has given us a firm and fair foundation on which to build. Long time employees provides the stability that is necessary for a successful company. Strong personal values flow throughout the company allowing for an unequaled feeling of family. Of our many employees that have retired throughout the years, many have remained on as part-time employees. Swing is a great place to work for one reason and one reason only “Great Employees Throughout the Swing System”.
Our trucking operation from Salisbury is of a regional nature. Drivers may be required to layover for a night or two. None the less, you are never far from home in case of emergencies. We have no interest in running the Northeast or West Coast. Allowing our drivers home time is a priority.
